KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A pedestrian is in life-threatening condition after being struck by a vehicle in Kansas City, Missouri, according to police.
The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department says the crash happened at Independence and Woodland Avenues.
The collision occurred around 5 a.m. on Monday.
Police say the driver that struck the pedestrian has been identified, and was released after questioning. The case remains under investigation.
