KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Plattsburgh, Missouri, Police Department reported a missing boy Sunday morning.
Max Mann was due to return home at 11p.m. on Nov. 30 but has not arrived as of 2 a.m. on Sunday.
He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans.
He is 5'8" and weighs about 130 lbs with hazel eyes.
