KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri, firefighters responded to a fire Sunday at an apartment complex on Roanoke Parkway.

Deputy Fire Chief Jimmy Walker said the fire at 4712 Roanoke Parkway was contained to one unit on the seventh floor. No one was transported to the hospital.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, according to Walker.

Tenants had begun moving back into the building around 2:20 p.m.
