KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A 28-year-old Pleasanton, Kansas, man died Sunday when the motorcycle he was driving was involved in a crash with an SUV.
Trenton A. Myrick was riding a 2007 Harley Davidson east on 319th Street near Victory Road at 12:48 p.m. when he lost control and swerved into the westbound lane and into the path of a 2014 Ford Explorer.
Myrick was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Miami County Sheriff’s Office.
One of the two occupants of the SUV was transported to the hospital as a precaution.
The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office is assisting with the crash investigation.
