KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police have identified the man found shot to death inside a vehicle Monday night near 39th Street and Wyandotte Avenue as Kevin M. Allen, 43, of Kansas City, Missouri.
Officers were called to the scene about 9:45 p.m. and located a man suffering gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No suspect information has been released.
