KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Police shut down the ramp from Front Street to southbound Interstate 435 in east Kansas City for several hours Friday after someone found a badly decomposed body.
Police received a call from a passerby about a body laying in the grass.
The body appeared to be a black male, who did not appear to not be wearing a shirt and had on black basketball shorts.
The cause of death remains under investigation. The entrance ramp had reopened by Friday evening.
