Kansas City, Missouri police confirmed Saturday night that they had recovered the body of 18-year-old Hsar Htoo, a fisherman who fell into the Blue River Friday.
Htoo reportedly lost his footing while fishing with companions and fell into the water.
Police and fire crews searched for him Friday night before finding and retrieving the body Saturday.
