KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Shawnee Mission East High School closed early at 9 a.m. because of a power outage caused by a crash in the area.
The intersection of West 75th Street and Mission Road was closed Monday morning because of the crash.
According to police, there was a rollover accident and no one was hurt.
However, power lines were knocked down and a small fire had to be put out.
An Evergy spokesman said power was restored to the school shortly after 5 p.m.
