The holidays kicks off in Prairie Village Thursday evening.
The city will host the 34th Annual Prairie Village Mayor's Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony.
The ceremony will be at Corinth Square and include an appearance from Santa, Dancerz Unlimited, the Briarwood Elementary School choir and more special guests.
Hot chocolate and treats will be provided. Corinth Square and Village Shopping Center will hold their Holiday Open Houses throughout the day and evening.
All of the fun starts at 6 p.m.
