KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The work of a prankster is going to cost Kansas City hundreds of dollars.
Meyer Circle Fountain looked like a bubble bath Sunday morning. According to the Parks and Recreation department, dishwashing detergent got dumped into the fountain.
The city says it will cost around $500 to clean it out. That includes overtime costs to get a crew out there Sunday, de-foamer and chlorine.
