Racing fans excited for MENCS Digital Ally 400 at Kansas Speedway

KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Thousands of NASCAR have descended on Kansas City, Kansas, for the Digital Ally 400 tonight at Kansas Speedway.

The weekend kicked off Friday with the Digital Ally 250, a NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series race won by Ross Chastain.

Gates opened at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday as the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, auto racing's top national touring series, took center stage for an evening race under the lights.

Former Kansas City Chiefs players Neil Smith and Christian Okoye will give the starting command, while another former Chief, Mark Collins, will wave the green flag.

The Digital Ally 400 starts at 6:30 p.m.
