Raytown Police issue Endangered Silver Advisory for missing man

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Raytown Police Department has issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for a missing man.

Police say 76-year-old Billy G. Williams was last seen in the 10000 block of East 86th Terrace in Raytown about 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Police say he walked away from his home and hasn't been seen since.

Police say he has dementia.
