Carrot Cake Donuts (slightly altered from WW recipe; 3 pts each)
Makes 8 donuts
1 cup self-rising flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 c shredded carrots
½ cup applesauce
3 tbsp vanilla almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp powdered sugar
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Mix all donut ingredients together. Put batter in donut pan.
Bake 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Prepare icing and ice when cooled.
Add sprinkles. This is a must. 😊
