KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Overland Park’s remake of the 95th Street and Metcalf intersection continued Monday as developers released a rendering of a proposed office tower.
The Overland Park City Council is expected to review the project Monday.
The $260 million project from Overland Park-based Shamrock Trading Corporation would be built on land formerly occupied by an old Super K Mart.
The eight story tower could eventually be one of several buildings on the northeast corner of the intersection.
