KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A crash involving a semi hauling metal pipes has closed the southbound lanes of Interstate 35 in Clay County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says motorists are being diverted off I-35 at 92 Highway following the wreck.
The crash was one of several in the area early Tuesday afternoon.
It wasn't immediately clear the extent of any injuries.
One lane of the interstate was re-opened around 4:30 p.m. The highway was completely re-opened around 7 p.m.
