KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri police are hoping the release of home security video of a suspect ransacking a home helps lead to an arrest.

Video posted to YouTube shows the suspect attempting to break in to a home during the morning of Nov. 19 in the 2700 block of Harrison Street.

After failing to enter through the front and back doors, the suspect jumps into the home through an open second-floor window.

The video then shows the suspect going through the living room, taking two laptop computers and the contents of a package.

Police are asking anyone with information about the suspect to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
