UPDATE: 6:30 a.m. | I-70EB to I-435SB ramp back open.
A semi overturned on I-70EB, shutting down the ramp to I-435SB early Monday morning.
The Kansas City, Missouri Police Department says shortly after 3:00 a.m. a semi overturned on the ramp.
No injuries were reported, but the crashed caused an oil spill from the semi.
The ramp has been shut down while Haz-Mat crews work to clean up the small oil spill.
motorists are encouraged to avoid the area.
It's not yet known when the ramp will be re-opened.
