KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning until 10 p.m. Thursday for Atchison County, Kansas.
The weather service reported a severe thunderstorm about 9:20 p.m. eight miles north of Holton and was moving east at 40 mph.
Hazards from the storms could include 60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail. There could be hail damage to vehicles.
