UPDATE | Terry Wolf was found safe around 6 a.m.
ORIGINAL STORY | Kansas City, Missouri, police have issued a Silver Alert for 78-year-old Terry Wolf.
He was last seen around 3`1st and Main streets around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Wolf was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and white shoes. He is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 200 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.
He was in a tan Volkswagen SUV with Missouri license plate VE2 C5G.
Wolf requires medicine and treatment.
