KANSAS CITY, Mo. — UPDATE: August 27, 10:05 a.m. | KC Water says traffic will be impacted in both directions along Southwest Trafficway.
- Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane at the Interstate 35 exit ramp.
- Northbound traffic will be reduced to one lane from 31st Street to I-35.
Crews have removed the median barriers between the northbound and southbound lanes.
Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
