SPRING HILL, Kan. – The Spring Hill, Kansas, police chief is on administrative leave.
Assistant City Administrator Jim Hendershot confirmed the information to 41 Action News.
Hendershot said the leave was connected to a personnel matter, but did not elaborate.
According to the city’s website, Mann was appointed chief in 2011.
