A St. Louis judge has blocked the Missouri Health Department from being able to subpoena “non-party resident physicians” at the center of a Planned Parenthood lawsuit.
Tuesday a St. Louis judge heard arguments from the state and Planned Parenthood in reference to a recent lawsuit.
The Missouri Health Department claims Planned Parenthood would not let multiple physicians participate in an investigation. Friday, a judge blocked the state from not renewing the abortion clinic’s license.
Tuesday the judge ordered a continuance and both parties will meet Wednesday morning.
