Shawn Parks, 39, has been missing since 6 a.m. Monday from Norledge Avenue.
He is a white male, weighs 135 pounds and stands about 5’7” with a receding red hairline.
Parks was last seen wearing a dark gray hoodie with black-wash jeans. He has Stage 4 heart failure and a pacemaker.
