KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Suspected robbers fleeing police crashed into a Ride KC bus and flipped into a grassy area adjacent to a row of homes on Prospect just south of 42nd Street, according to reports from the scene.
The dark sedan came to rest on its side near the sidewalk along Prospect's west side. The bus had surface damage down its driver's side paneling.
KCPD officers made at least two arrests at the scene and taped off the street to conduct their investigation.

There were no serious injuries to anyone on the bus, per early reports.
Police did not immediately release any information about the reported robbery, the suspects or what charges they might face. It was unclear if the suspects were injured in the rollover crash.
