KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Fans got to the Power and Light District as early as 5 a.m. on Sunday to get the perfect spot for Kansas City's biggest Super Bowl watch party.

Gates and restaurants will open at 11am.

The KC Live! Block party will open at noon on Super Bowl Sunday.

The block will have live DJ's and selfie stations throughout the day, and families are welcome.

The game will be shown at 5:30 p.m. on the big screen and red Hawaiian leis will be handed out to the first 300 guests.

Additionally, Grand Boulevard will be closed off from 13th Street to Truman Road for an overflow watch party.

It will have a 15-foot television screen to watch the big game.

The Power and Light District will also have a 30-foot beer truck, lawn games, hamburgers, hot dogs and more.

Guests may bring blankets to sit on.
