KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Two men were shot to death in the 1000 block of Forest Court in Kansas City, Kansas, late Monday, according to police.
Officers were called to the area around 10 p.m. on a report of shots fired.
They found two men dead from gunshot wounds in a parking lot.
On Thursday, police identified the victims as KCK residents Julian Ponce-Frank and Abdu Wana. Both were 19 years old.
The incident is under investigation by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division. Police are asking anyone with information to call the Greater Kansas City Crime Stoppers Tips Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
