KANSAS CITY, Mo. — UPDATE: Nov. 27 - The deceased victim was identified as 31-year-old Ashley Toner. The man involved remains in critical condition.
UPDATE: 4:30 p.m. - The scene has been cleared, and the Millennium Super Stop gas station has reopened. Wendy's will remain closed.

Two people were shot, and one of them killed at the Wendy's Millennium Super Stop on Truman Road Saturday afternoon.
An "armed party call" came in around 1:50 p.m. Saturday, and while officers were on the way to the scene at 3803 Truman Road, it was upgraded to a shooting. Police said they located two victims in a blue, four-door vehicle on the east side of Truman Road.
"Witnesses stated the male, located in the driver seat shot the female, located in the passenger seat and then shot himself," Police Chief Tim Hernandez said in a statement. "Fire responded and confirmed the female passenger was deceased."
The male, according to police, was taken to a local hospital and is in critical condition.
