KANSAS CITY, Mo. – If you’re looking for some extra holiday cash, UPS has a deal for you.
The package delivery company says it plans to hire more than 1,400 people this year in Kansas City.
The company plans to hire 885 package handlers, 116 delivery and semi drivers and 250 driver helpers.
Three metro locations are hiring as part of the push: Lenexa, Edgerton and Kansas City, Kansas.
The company expects an increase in shipping this holiday season through January 2019.
