KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The city of De Soto said it will be cleaning up after vandals struck a youth soccer field.
In a Facebook post, the city shared a picture of Riverfest Park, where large tracks could be seen among the grass.
The city said the park is the location for its spring youth soccer program.
“(W)e can fill the tracks with dirt and seed, but now there won’t be grass in time for the soccer season,” the city wrote on Facebook. “Hope those donuts were worth it.”
Video from SKYTRACKER showed at least two large, circular indentations on the field.
