KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Despite low temperatures and snow Thursday, a steady flow of fans showed up at T-Mobile Center for the Big 12 Tournament.
Some were disappointed that game-day fan activities were shut down outside the arena, but after two years of cancellations and COVID-19 restrictions, many were glad the games were back on with a sense of normalcy.
