Lenexa police said a woman with medical issues crashed into Special Beginning Early Learning Center around 7:20 a.m. Wednesday.
Workers at the daycare said the children's day went on as normal, and no children or staff were hurt. Workers kept the children calm.
Construction crews are now working to clean up the lobby as well and repair a crack in the front of the building.
The woman driving the car was not injured by the crash, but was taken to the hospital for treatment related to a pre-existing condition.
