KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police responded to a suspicious activity call in the 3100 block of Minnesota Avenue about 3:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
Upon arrival, officers were taken into an apartment where they located a deceased female inside.
A person of interest was taken into custody at the scene.
