A wrong-way crash killed one woman and injured four others in a second vehicle on I-635 early Saturday morning.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says Lindsay White, 24, of Kansas City, was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of I-635 just south of I-29 at 3:55 a.m.
White, in a 2004 Dodge Neon hit a 1993 Chevy Silverado, driven by Joyce Dollard, of Kansas City, Kansas.
White's Dodge overturned, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Dollard suffered serious injuries in the crash, along with her passengers -- 37-year-old Shannon Flaggard, 18-year-old Alexander Flaggard, and 9-year-old Aubrey Flaggard.
An investigation is underway.
