The Wyandotte County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man with mental and medical issues that was last seen on May 6.
Joseph Smith, 25, was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, blue jeans and black sneakers with pink laces.
He was driving a gray Chevy Impala with Kansas plates 368-JEC, officers say.
Smith does not have connections in Missouri and does not have his medications, according to deputies.
