KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Several parts of the Argentine neighborhood experienced a lot of flooding on Sunday. One local business, East Side Auto Parts, is continuing to clean up after water came in and flooded parts of the shop.

Spokesman for the Unified Government of Wyandotte County Edwin Burch said all of the pumps were working during the time of the flooding.

Burch says the flooding is because of the amount of rainfall the Argentine neighborhood experienced in a short period of time and that it's in a low lying area.
