Charges have not yet been filed.

A man was found dead on a bridge in Kansas City, Kansas on Sunday, Nov. 27.
Authorities were called to a bridge in the 1200 block of Ruby Avenue shortly before 10 p.m. Sunday. When officers arrived, they found a man who'd been shot to death.
The victim has been identified as Santiago Munoz, 46, of Kansas City, Kansas.
