A gunman is on the run after he shot a man Kansas City, Kansas, early Sunday morning.
Police were called to the 300 block of North 36th Street around 3 a.m. following reports of gunshots being fired.
Officers are working a shooting in the 300 block on N. 36th street. Victim is in surgery at KU. No suspect info. DETs on scene as well.

Upon arrival, officers located a male victim in critical condition. He was transported to KU Medical Hospital for surgery.
There is no suspect information at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
