Johnson County, Kan. Prosecutors have charged Victor Delgado, 55, of Overland Park, with three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child less than 14 years-old.
Prosecutors allege Delgado committed the crimes between May 1, 2011 and August 30, 2011 against three victims; two victims were 13 and another victim 10.
Delgado posted $50,000 bond Wednesday afternoon.
He’s set to make his first appearance at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 25.
