Three Shawnee kids decided to forgo their standard birthday celebrations to do something different for their 10th birthday.
The triplets - Luke, Taya and Brady Swarts - decided to pay it forward and donate some pajamas at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Overland Park Regional Hospital.
"We were preemies when we were little, so we wanted to show that same respect to the other babies in here, so they would, the parents would love them," Taya said.
Thanks to donations from friends, family and their school, the preemie PJ project really grew.
