UPDATE: I-35 SB reopens after bomb threat

A stretch of I-35, just south of Kearney, was shutdown for at least three hours as police brought bomb-sniffing dogs to search a car.

UPDATE (10:30 p.m.): I-35 has reopened following the bomb threat. No bomb was found, according to police.

I-35 southbound is closed while deputies investigate a bomb threat.

The shutdown is just south of Highway 92 near Kearney.

One person is in custody.
