UPDATE 12:07 p.m.| Officials say they have located the body of the missing person inside the building.
According to reports, responders located a deceased male victim near the front door of his apartment during the second sweep of the building.
Reports say, the building had working fire detectors, responders and residents were able to hear them.
Officials say the roof of the building collapsed because it sheetrock, which also allowed the fire to spread quickly.
The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.
UPDATE 11:15 a.m.| According to Grandview Fire Chief, Ron Graham, responders have rescued three people from the building.
Reports say there is still one person unaccounted and crews believe he could still be inside building.
Authorities say the roof of the building fell shortly after the three people were rescued.
The firefighter pulled from the building earlier, suffered second-degree burns. Reports say his injuries are non-life threatening.
Reports say, officials believe the fire originated in the apartment where the last victim may be.

Kansas City Fire Department crews are battling an apartment fire in Grandview.
The building is located in the 800 block of Main Street.
According to reports, the fire department said there could be possible victims trapped inside the building.
KCFD reported one firefighter was injured and has been transported to Research Medical Center for treatment.
Reports say crews were ordered out of the building for fear the structure would collapse.
