Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that left one motorcyclist dead Tuesday night.
Authorities were called to the area of Forrest and White Oak around 10:35 p.m.
Officers responded after a motorcyclist was struck by a vehicle that was attempting to make a left turn from westbound White Oak.
The male motorcyclist died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash. The victim has not yet been identified.
The female driver of the westbound vehicle was transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
