One person was killed following a wreck on Missouri 291 Highway on Monday night.
Authorities said 26-year-old Dakota Black, of Kansas City, Mo., was driving northbound on 291 when he failed to negotiate a turn onto MO 210 around 9:35 p.m. The vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck an embankment, causing the vehicle to overturn and eject the driver. Black was taken to Liberty Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
A passenger in the vehicle suffered minor injuries.
