Flames shot through the roof as crews battled a house fire in the Northland on Monday evening.
The fire happened in the basement of the house on Northeast 92nd Terrace just before 5:30 p.m.
No one was injured.
A family of four lived in the house. Only the son and a dog were home at the time, and they made it out safely.
Officials said the home is a total loss.
