KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One man is dead after a shooting near 35th and Prospect.
Police responded before midnight Tuesday night.
The victim, identified as 27-year-old Jerel A. Price, died at the scene.
Police said he is the 79th person to die in a homicide in the city this year.
