Students were dismissed early after a small fire broke out at a Kansas City, Missouri high school.
Ruskin High School was evacuated after smoke was reported coming from an upstairs bathroom around 1:30 p.m.
All students were safe and accounted for, school administrators said in a press release.
The local fire department was called to investigate.
The students were dismissed from school early. School administrators say elementary school bus routes will be 15-20 minutes late.
