An investigation continues after an 83-year-old woman was struck and killed by a car driven by an 85-year-old man on a Walmart parking lot in suburban St. Louis.
The accident happened Wednesday afternoon in O'Fallon, Missouri. Names of the woman killed and the driver of the car have not been released.
O'Fallon police say the driver was backing out of a parking space when he struck the woman, who died later in the day.
