The boil order for residents of Birmingham, Missouri has been lifted. Officials say that results from testing by the City of Kansas City Water Services Lab have determined that the water is safe and the boil order is no longer needed.
A water main break on Friday forced a three-day boil order for all residents in Birmingham.
Crews worked to restore water after the outage Friday afternoon, according to the Village of Birmingham Fire Department.
Anyone with questions about the boil order can call the city office at 816-455-0045.
