SPRING HILL, Kan. — Seats Incorporated is looking to hire 30 people at their Spring Hill, Kansas, facilities to help them make seats for commercial lawn equipment.

Most of the full-time jobs will be in assembly and wages start at $16 per hour with an increase possible after two months and then every six months up to $19 per hour.

“We’re just looking for people with a good work ethic that want to make a good living. We want to be that employer of choice,” said Tim Stevens, General Manager at Seats Incorporated. “We offer your health insurance, your 401k match, but we also have performance bonuses. We also have profit sharing.”

Stevens said other perks include a chiropractor who comes twice a week that employees can use, and, in the next year or so, they hope to have a small medical clinic and pharmacy on site.
