KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Mecole Hardman Jr. says it's been his longtime dream to buy his mother a house — and now, he's fulfilled that dream.
On Thursday, the rookie Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver tweeted a video of him surprising his mother with a new home.

In the tweet, Hardman said, "to finally do it, words can't explain how happy I am."
"It's my turn to take care of you now," he said.
After the surprise, Hardman's mother said, "I am just blessed. It makes you feel good as a mother to know that your kids would go to this depth."
The Chiefs drafted Hardman in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
